Probably late in the 11 o'clock hour (your time) for the time frame we want. Maybe even early into the 12 o'clock hour.

The first image up to 12 hours should be released about 11:30 EDT or so

You can watch it as it loads up on the NCEP site. If you don't have that one bookmarked, just go to Google and type in NCEP Look down to the bottom of your screen (if you're at 680 x 800), and I think it's the 3rd or 4th link (NCEP Central Operations). As they decode it, it goes up hour by hour. There may be a faster way to get the info, but that's where I usually find it first.
