An eye is definetely forming

This visable shot definetely shows an eye trying to form right in the center.

NW? WNW? what? You would think that with the eye slowly showing up in Dennis it would be easier for us to determine motion.

Latest frame shows Dennis going thru a IRC which would mean he's gaining strength and is stair stepping but still moving on a WNW heading.
