Aw, it's just a joke from last year. Some S2Ker kept swearing last year that every storm was going to hit North Carolina as a Cat 5. We're just carrying on the tradition

I understand your point, but having the same person ALWAYS bringing (-removed-?) every storm through the center of mainland Florida is irresponsible.

I know that there are a bunch of amateur forecasters honing their craft here, but since we from last season all know that Jos96 will ALWAYS have her model cutting Florida in half, we know to take it with a grain of salt. Newcomers don't know that (yet). Will it do just that? May be. Probably not.

My post was more to highlight that this prognosticator has a tendency to ALWAYS track the same way -- the only difference is left across central Florida, or right across central Florida. That is MY contribution.

First off, it's a him, not a her.

Secondly, John did post a disclaimer. I would hope all newbies would understand that on his post as well as others.

Finally, he's entitled to his opinion and to share his thoughts on the storms just the same as everyone else here.

Can you point out where John "ALWAYS" tracks the same way? I seem to recall FL getting smacked around a lot last season and it's safe to say many of those models cutting FL in half were pretty spot on if you look at the archives.

Please don't bash forecasts and offer proof to back up a statement such as that.
