Agreed! Folks On the N.O. Stations were going Nuts with that Appearence of a west MVT. I dont Know if she Changed Directions or the West side of the Storms started Building up Giving it a westerlty Look! Either way she Looks to Track across N.O. Before Getting BACK into Water in the Miss.Sound! Raining VERY heavy Here In Biloxi last 40-50 min. Straight!

A little while ago on FOX8 NOLA, they said Cindy has give them a little more than anticipated. Thousands are out of power with transformers blowing and numerous streets are closed because of flooding. Trees and power lines are reported down throughout the city and there is some damage in St Bernard and Plaquemines Parish.

NOLA should be taking this as a warning that you never can know what to expect.
