On its current track, wouldn't it make landfall right at Grand Isle? If you draw a line straight north from there...

If you look at that in the loop almost looks like its heading nne....

I use GRLevel3 software and I'm looking at the last 15 images. Everything seems to be rotating around that area. The image I posted is static since I can't post a loop.

Look at visible loop and she still looks to be moving primarily north at a good pace an still getting better organized.

What loop are "you" talking about? To me it does look to be going just a tad east of north in both radar and sat. Looking at the radar, the Miss. Gulf Coast will have the brunt of the rough weather later tonight.
