Cindy Lifting Weights A Bit?
A few hours ago, she looked pathetic. The last few frames looks pretty impressive. Maybe the very warm waters she's moving over right now is having an affect? All she has to do is develop her SW side and she would be pretty symmetrical. I expect her winds to increase a bit soon.

look at the convetion bloom near the center. The SSTs in that area are around 85-88F.
