Senorpepr,

I used a program for Bret to decode vortex messages it was online and you simply had to copy and paste the data message into a box and hit decode. It was real easy but i lost the site somehow
would you happen to know the url

I believe the site above is what you are looking for. I'm not familiar with the recon decoding sites since I have my own Excel spreadsheet that I built to decode.

As for recon, still no word.

interesting... Wouldn't that mean that the center is north of that location... that is a West wind?

Not totally... the surface winds may be oriented in a different direction that at flight level and these winds may be affected by the outside environment. We shall see.....

also they found a 49Kt wind in the Southeast quad. Read it off the Sup. Vortex, PEPR. We may have Cindy.
