Has TD 3 Slowed ?

It appears to me from latest satellite photos that TD 3 may have slowed its forward speed some. Can anyone confirm this?

Looks like it has somewhat. Not sure what it means in terms of intensity though.

I hope for my sake it has not slowed. It will push enough water into the coastal area I live in now-we do not need another Juan!
