The latest IR images from the floater indicate that convection is beginning to fire over the center of the circulation. This could be a hint that this
system is now starting to organize itself.

Hey Everyone,
Got access to a computer here in Grand Isle,La. Word is beginning to get around. Still many people unaware of a storm in the GOM.
Evacuations of this area may begin tomorrow. Thats it for now, I will update when I can.. Beginning to see outflow.
