Being they already have a TS warning for the offshore waters. Don't be surprised to see watches put up at 11/10cst depending on what the recon finds.

Tropical Storm Watch from High Island, TX to Grand Isle, LA would be my guess @ the 4PM advisory. We need rain here in SETX bad.. Bring on a minimum/moderate tropical storm!
