It does look a little better within the last hour or so than it had been looking. We shall see what the next few hours bring.

I think I see what you mean, it's has a more western component to the overall direction as it does so.

ya, the clouds on the visible have filled in, before you could see right through them..seems to be getting better organized IMO

every visible image is looking better and better, it has really come together this morning all be it in the east side

Lets see....I woke up about 3 1/2 hours ago. From what I saw then compared to what I see now is amazing. It's really getting together and I think over the next few hours it will continue...rather quickly.

yep, it seems to be filling in on the west side as well, i did not think earlier she would reorganize this soon or be off land yet..who knows

There is some, but not nearly as much as overnight. I believe it's lessening also.

ya i see it also, it looks to be coming from the east pacific storm...some on the board have been posting shear maps..im not sure what the shear is forecast to be today and tomorrow

You can clearly see circulation building, even on the western side in the lower level clouds. There's not the least doubt that this will be Cindy, perhaps by this afternoon.

Just checked the upper-level wind analysis again, and there's definitely no significant shear issue, nor do I anticipate shear being a major factor as this moves NNW across the Gulf.

Unfortunately, I don't see anything to impede development here.
