The wave in the eastern caribbean....
The wave in the western carribean is sure trying to get it's act together this morning.

I don't see one in the western Carribean, but I see one in the eastern Carribean

I know - David is a very good met. Miami is lucky to be getting him. He's not an alarmist. So when he says something like that, I sit up and take notice.
