Wow....what's going on this morning???
I just got up to check our system and she looks pretty good on the first few visible images. Is she trying to form a little further east now? I read a couple posts saying it's moving NW now. Is this true, or is this the system east of the islands you all were talking about?

I know I seen it moving almost due west most of the day yesterday....or at least the preclaimed "center" was moving west. When I got to bed last night (around 3 a.m.), I thought for sure it would be right near land and about to be crossing the YP, but this morning, it looks to be further east than I thought. Is there something trying to develop under that nice area of convection?

Wxboy, just curious, how can you tell it's moving NW now? We only have 3 or 4 daytime visble images and I can't really tell anything from them. Do you know something I don't, or are you going by that latest model graphic?
Just really curious because if it is moving NW rather than West, I have just become really concerned.

I think it did form a little north and east of the old vort center (the one nearing the yuck yesterday afternoon). That would be inland by now.
There is definetly a low out there now. Look at the low level cu field off the coast of Belize. The clouds are moving east around something that appears to be near 19.5 / 86. So...it's not the old one from yesterday...but a newer one.

Yea, you're right! I see those clouds now near Belize moving east. I didn't see them till you mentioned. Thanks for helping me train my eyes
