The storm still has a very powerful low level ciruatlion. With a dark red area of convection forming over the Eastern Quad just displaced from the center of this to the East. This thing if it was in the Gulf would be having Advisories likely.

Looking at this system. Through Quickscats(The newest one) or satellite shows that it has redeveloped a closed LLC/With deep convection. This is more then a remant low right now. At least a strong depressions. Maybe tropical storm.. But we will always see an best track.
I'm going to stay up to read the June report. It is very likely they will upgrade 94L there.
