Have you ever experienced a hurricane before? The reason why I ask is because you live in Ohio.

If not, then I'm sure he's at least experienced quite a few annoying remnant TDs. Man, I hate those things. Nothing but boring, annoying rain-dumpers. As a matter of fact, two of the Big Four from last year came here as remnant TDs, and they were nothing but pests.

No, I felt a lot of impact from Isidore in 2002. Never a direct hurricane.

Now that I think about it, I believe Isabel rolled your way in 2003. She was near Ohio when her last NHC advisory was issued.

Wow, amazing how much knowledge and excitement you have with hurricane yet they barely affect you. You probably would love living in Florida.

Yep... Frances and Ivan at least had some nice gusty winds here. (Ivan was VERY strong gusts).

I remember, my teachers let me watch the Weather Channel (FRESHMAN) as Isabel made landfall. Then, my one teacher let me use his laptop. When I left school that afternoon, I could see Isabel's cloud shield rolling in.
