A little off subject with the exception that thank God rarely if ever will there be a major hurricane threat for July 4. The Outer Banks was ranked number 5 in the nation for bottlenecks during the July 4th weekend. Tidewater Va was number 2. Eighty percent of our tourist have to go through number 2 to get to number 5.
