They should also issue a flood watch or warning so the people of Mexico will be prepared to minumize death from landslides.

There is no recon going into this. Even so it would be a good idea. Hope we got enough data with the buoys/obs to make the call.

Unless sterring currents change, then I don't think they will send recon.

There's just not enough time for development before land interaction
on the current path.
