If you could only listen to one CD the rest of your life, what would it be?

There are many that I love and listen to often, but I'd have to say Bon Jovi - Cross Road. There are many close behind.

It would have to be something deep and meaningfull, musically brilliant, with a wide range of tempo, intense at times, soothing at others.

This is an impossible task! I could easily narrow it down to 10 but 1 is very difficult.

I'd probably grab a CD from my favorite band of all time, but chances are none of you would have heard of them. They had semi-regional fame, a devoted, small following here in Cincinnati, under various band names. Never quite made the big time though. I'll leave it at that. Dee Bee might know who I'm referring to.

Next would be:

Nirvana Unplugged in New York (Live MTV performance)

Too many to count , but...when I test a new system, I always put in MeatLoaf's Bat Out of Hell first. If it can withstand the subtleties of that CD, it's a GOOD system. :larrow:
