I'm out of town but saw a 92L up on the Naval site. Is this old or for the spin in the carribbean? No photos yet

No, that shouldn't be the case. The wouldn't (or shouldn't) list an invest for only a couple of hours. That makes the idea of an invest moot -- to run models with an ID number.
I believe they are just trying to catch up because Arlene should have been 91L. There was already an 90L in May.
