Beautiful sunshine today after all the dreary rain yesterday and wind gusts.

Sunshine and blue skies!

It was only 72 degrees yesterday and its now 85, big difference :)

Sunny and warm..high around 100 today. What a great evening last night with a little distant lightning...but breezy with abundant fresh air for our outside party. Finally called it a night just before 11!

Very nice for mid June here!

This evening we had some showers and thunderstorms come through the area. A few of the storms, while not officially severe, did bring down a few trees across the Omaha metropolitan area. The rain should be out of here completely by late tonight, followed by drier weather and gradually increasing temperatures.

near 80 or So for Tuesday through Thursday ,followed by lower tmid 80s for Friday and Saturdy. By Sunday and Monday, we may touch 90.

Mid 90s for here today and tomorrow...little chance of rain today...but tomorrow a tad better chance with a front coming through that will knock down temps for us to the upper 70s (near 80F) for the weekend!! :D

Tthe next week looks mighty benign. Mostly to Partly clear skies with temperatures in the 80s through Friday, with the weekend's temps hitting the 90 degree vicinity. No large systems are ANTICIPATED to affect the area; however, we may begin to see that ring-of fire scenario shape up in the next couple of weeks with storms over the western plains.

It's still nice and warm here.

Despite a few thunderstorms last night.

86 and climbing. Rumor is we may hit 100. I guess this is payback for complaining about the cold and rainy spell we had about 2 weeks ago.

Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it!

We just had a huge Thunderstorm pass over. The light show was fantastic and the noise was incredible! Pretty good rain. Actually we got more out of this system passing over for about 1 1/2 hours than we did from TS Arlene last weekend. It did cool us down to 72, so that is great!

Still booming out in the gulf and some pretty lights!

Have a few showers/isolated thunderstorms roamingaround the area this evening. Most areas should stay dry though, with most of the heavier storms in Kansas. It is muggy however, with temps. near 80. It maybe getting almighty hot the next week, with lower 90s paying a visit. Just in time for the College World Series!
