If that had been a still frame and not a loop, I imagine that someone would mistake that 'circulation' for a real one.

I find it interesting. The eye of a storm seems to always change as the storm makes landfall. Sometimes the eye becomes massive, such as this one has, which is why there's such a large number of people on the beaches along the Flordia coast near where the eye came in - in this storm, after the eye, there's no precipitation left! Fascinating. With other storms, the eye shrinks. Not sure how this works. Again, it's interesting.
