around 26/62?

#1 Postby air360 » Sat Jun 11, 2005 11:10 am

i know everyone has already said stuff about the flair ups and the storms down over the islands and stuff and i know we have to just wait and see what happens but i was curious. What is the strong swirl that can be seen around say 26/62? it can be seen very clearly when viewing water vapor images. Is this just the way things are flowing through the area causing it to swirl or is it something worth watching? It seems to have increased in size as i remember yesterday it was just a tiny little swirl..its much larger now. oh well...just curious...thanks!

Upper Lows occasionaly make it down to the surface - doesn't happen often though

(oh and it just started dumping rain here in Callahan, FL - it had been light steady rain all morniing - I was planning to leave for the Blueberry Festival (familial obligations there) but guess I'll hang tight till this burst is over)
