Rotating Squalls Around the Center
The squalls rotating around the center of Arlene could be what is making a westward "wobble." It's too soon to tell if there is a definite change in direction, IMO, but, as I mentioned, it's becoming a little more interesting for many of us....Interesting to watch and see if this continues...
