With some of the soil as wet/soft as it is, I think the storm's winds will be able to cause some trees to fall and some power outages.

I think it will "something more" than a rainmaker. So I answered no. Was that the right way to answer that??? Might have got my double-negatives mixed up.

There will be some wind problems, but rainfall will be the biggest story.
