Actually, I wasn't referring to the "tail" of Arlene that stretches down into the central Caribbean, but rather the mass of convection to the east, just approaching the islands.

I know you were... but it looks connected(or it was initially). There's been a blob sitting around there pretty much all week(remember? Everyone thought it would develop and what later became Arlene wouldn't?)

that has been talked about in some of the discussions by the NHC and even in the outlook a little...but as of right now ..as far as they are saying...it doesnt look organized enough to really be of anything yet...yes there is a lot of convection but its not organized enough to cause real focus....yet.....but dont totally disreguard anything yet

thats a great animation HG...check out the spin just north of all that convection...if that spin could get some stuff wrapped up in it...then maybe??
