HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORT WORTH TX
528 AM CDT FRI MAY 2 2003

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...
THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS ALL OF NORTH
TEXAS...MAINLY THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE GREATEST THREATS WILL
BE HAIL TO BASEBALL SIZE...DAMAGING WINDS TO 80 MPH...AND LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL. THE GREATEST THREAT OF LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING
WILL BE NEAR A STATIONARY FRONT...WHICH WAS NEAR A PARIS...
WAXAHACHIE...COMANCHE LINE THIS MORNING. THE FRONT MAY DRIFT A BIT
TO THE NORTH TODAY. LOW LEVEL WINDS APPEAR TO BE RATHER WEAK FOR
TORNADOES. HOWEVER...VERY HIGH VALUES OF INSTABILITY MAY COMPENSATE
FOR THIS WEAKNESS...RESULTING IN A FEW BRIEF TORNADOES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...
THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH NEXT TUESDAY.

.SPOTTER CALL TO ACTION STATEMENT...
SIMILAR TO THURSDAY...SPOTTER ACTIVATION LIKELY WILL BECOME
WIDESPREAD... MAINLY THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

How does San Antonio look for tomorrow.....my baby...ok...12 year old daughter is heading to SanAntonio for band competition and Fiesta TX....all day long...they leave at 4 am and I pick her up at 1am.....*yawn*....I am a wreck!!!!!! This is the first time she goes alone...and i just know she needs me...... :cry: It looks like it should be ok and the bad storm will be north but I want to check and make sure....cuz....cuz....I'm a wreck....Thanks
