Do you think Arlene will be able to form a closed circulation (Eyewall) before landfall? Explain! :)

It doe's not have a well defined central core. But remember as it is moving at the coast it could tighten up before landfall. I believe the recon found a broad half closed one.

There is absolutely no way that this will form a distinct eye...too much dry air.

Voted no. Absolutely not. She will try and may become 3/4's but close is all shell come.

You can not only see thw nw quad devoloping on the satelites but you can also see it on the national hurricane center wind swath graphic expanding to the northeast. But I still say No way shell be a closed eyewall at landfall.
