See how the convection is bombing north of Cuba. I think once the LLC makes it north into the Gulf of Mexico that Convection is going to start covering this baby. Then its going to start wraping. This is only a theory.

Once this moves into the Gulf I expect that convection to start wraping.

Me too. As does the NHC. They said once it got out of this "dry Slot' it would moisten up. We shall see.
