FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL
STORM ARLENE...LOCATED ABOUT 115 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF THE
WESTERN TIP OF CUBA.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
FRIDAY.

Either 91L was an error by NRL earlier in the day, or it was the shortest invest of all time. (Probably the first)

From now on I think we should wait at least an hour or so after an invest pops up on the NRL site to say that the invest is actually an invest.
