Anyone fail to get their recommended allowance of sleep?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Anyone fail to get their recommended allowance of sleep?

#1 Postby Steve » Thu Jun 09, 2005 7:23 am

Just another reminder that it's storm season. Even though I won't be seeing anything from Arlene, I went to bed last night around 1 and woke up at 6. My alarm wasn't even set until 7, and that usually requires 4 or 5 taps on the snooze button.

Yep... and I'm feeling like junk. I got close, but woke up a little before 8. Finally climbed out of bed just now.

Enjoyed a full 8 last night...saving the insomnia for the inevitable Aug-Sept systems that will REALLY mean business.

Once they get in the central GOM, sleep, if any, is inbetween advisories.

Exactly... I slept like a baby for 9 hours. Still I must admit that I looked forward to getting online again this morning. :)

Well this isnt enough to get me that fired up..Yes its interesting & exciting that our 1st tropical storm has formed & is a threat to the U.S...However,I need something a little more powerful & for it to be more of a threat to my area in order to get my adrenaline really pumping & to not sleep much.
