Will the NHC initiate advisories today on 90L

Remember, that means that 90L must become a tropical depression or better.

NAH--still doesn't look much like anything but some clumpy T-storms, with minimal convection. Possible TD by end of week, but models are totally off the wall with overexaggerated predictions.
