As Mary said we're entirely funded through the generous donations of our members. The cost to run S2K are now around $150.00 / month. The only other thing the donations are used for is to acquire software for the site. Every cent donated is spent directly on the site. The HamWeather software is one example. Dang thats a lot for just a developing Tropical Depression. This board really is great I will tell you that. I love how great the moderating staff is and how all the board members treat me. And thats why I keep coming back every day to this site. And the weather information that you can get here is just great. This site one day will no doubt reach 1 million posts and will have 10,000 members. I cant wait to see that day, and something tells me that if this hurricane season is active then we may see another 3,000 members register in a short period of time as we did last year.
