Question ??

Say if this blob became a TD today. It looks like its in a favorable area, good SST ,upper leveles don't look that bad. Why would't this thing just explode. What things down the road will cause it to stay a weak storm like some of the models are pointing to?. :?:

I think upper level shear is expected to redevelop later this week in the NGOM.I might be wrong but I thought one of the mets here brought up that possibility.
