This could become the seasons first-born. The potential is there and thank goodness TX should be safe with the Westerlies still pushing troughs from W to E. On the flip-side I think TX will be be under the gun later this season.

That is correct... this is actually the second invest of the year. The first (91L) was in mid-May. This invest was incorrectly labelled 90L. It should technically be 92L.
