TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
1130 AM EDT SAT JUN 4 2005

FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

SURFACE OBSERVATIONS THIS MORNING INDICATE THE BROAD AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHWESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA HAS WEAKENED.
CLOUDINESS AND THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM THE NORTHWESTERN
CARIBBEAN SEA ACROSS CUBA...FLORIDA...AND THE EASTERN GULF OF
MEXICO ARE NOW ASSOCIATED WITH AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH. UPPER-LEVEL
WINDS REMAIN UNFAVORABLE FAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE OVER PORTIONS OF WESTERN
CUBA AND THE FLORIDA PENINSULA TODAY.

A TROPICAL WAVE AND AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW PRESSURE AREA ARE PRODUCING
CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS OVER THE LESSER ANTILLES...AS WELL AS THE
ADJACENT EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA AND ATLANTIC OCEAN. THIS ACTIVITY
SHOULD CONTINUE TO SPREAD WESTWARD DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF ORGANIZATION AND UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE NOT
FAVORABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
SUNDAY.

If there was a minimal, ultra-minimal possibility for development, it's now gone. So, expect just more tropical juice!

For all of those who thought "DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...WILL BE SLOW TO OCCUR" from yesterday's bulletin would mean tropical cyclone formation... lower your head.
