Remember last year? No storm until July 31st... I remember a lot here saying the season was over... it sucked, etc.

A month later we were down to the H name. :eek:

FWIW, the upper level wind shear as decreased some across this region in the 1/2 to full day.

Like I said its my .02 cents. Look at the curving in the convection. There is no need to make any more out of it.
