FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
A LARGE AREA OF CLOUDINESS AND THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM THE
WESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA NORTHWARD ACROSS CUBA...FLORIDA AND THE
EASTERN GULF OF MEXICO IS PRIMARILY ASSOCIATED WITH AN UPPER-LEVEL
TROUGH. ALTHOUGH SURFACE PRESSURES ARE LOW IN THE NORTHWESTERN
CARIBBEAN...UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE NOT FAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL
CYCLONE FORMATION. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE OVER
THIS AREA FOR THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
A WESTWARD MOVING TROPICAL WAVE WILL LIKELY BRING CLOUDINESS AND
SHOWERS THROUGH THE WINDWARD ISLANDS DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.
TROPICAL CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT IS NOT ANTICIPATED.
TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH FRIDAY.

Nothing more about these two systems as upper conditions are not favorable but they will be rainmakers.
