THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIAMI HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
WESTERN COLLIER COUNTY
IN SOUTH FLORIDA

* UNTIL 1145 AM EDT

* AT 1037 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 7 MILES WEST OF
MARCO ISLAND...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
MARCO ISLAND AND BELLE MEADE BY 1050 AM EDT
SOUTH NAPLES BY 1055 AM EDT
NAPLES AND EAST NAPLES BY 1100 AM EDT
WEST TOLL GATE ON ALLIGATOR ALLEY BY 1105 AM EDT
GOLDEN GATE BY 1110 AM EDT
INTERSECTION ALLIGATOR ALLEY AND SR 29 BY 1125 AM EDT

IF YOU ARE NEAR THE PATH OF A TORNADO...SEEK SHELTER IN A STURDY
BUILDING ON THE LOWEST FLOOR...AWAY FROM OUTSIDE WALLS AND WINDOWS.
GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR OTHER PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE. USE
BLANKETS OR PILLOWS TO COVER YOUR BODY AND STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.

A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 AM EDT WEDNESDAY MORNING

We're sending another round off the coast this morning. Looked like we were gonna get pounded, but thankfully it weakened and headed for Ducks place. :lol: :lol: :wink:

Whatttasmmessss here!! Nothing but rain, rain, rain!! T-storms, Tornado watches, and now 7" of rain since the weekend.

I sure hope we get a FULL night sleep tonight, it would be nice! We've been awaken by thunder & major lightning for the past 2 nights here in Charlotte county.

I'm tired!!! LOL...
