I think this is an low pressure area that developed out of a trough that moved off the FL coast a day or two ago. Shear in that area is so massive, this doesn't have a prayer of developing. But you can see a nice little swirl pattern in the clouds in that region ... and if we had the same thing in, say, July, you'd want to pay more attenion!
