Check out the blow up of storms around the center....I think we could see
a minimal hurricane before landfall

It's blowing up and winding up very rapidly this morning...with a small eye-like feature recently developing. I can't believe how fast it's intensifying

I'd like to wait for the recon flight...it appears strong than that based on satellite observations...

It is not a hurricane yet. Very close, and probably will be one this afternoon.

Yes - it's a TS that *may* be getting better organized.

Recon may find a 45kt system, or a 75kt system.

The terrian will kill it anyway.

A blow up of cells or t'storms within the "envelope" of the storm does not mean it is rapidly intensifying. It means that one cell or storm is growing rapidly. Repeating myself again-If you have meteorologically defined rapid intensification parameters being met, please post them.
