No convection, and the shear is too high. IMO, slim chance.

The thing that concerns me is that as this system has moved around in the Caribbean, things have become more favorable. As this system pushes out, the crossover may have a better than slight chance of development. Time will tell.

Sadly I don't see this crossover happening :). But that is just my opinion though.
