Yes, I think that's a pretty safe bet now ...

I'm not sold on it getting to TS status yet ... depends on how fast it moves.

Moving @4kts has plenty of time now to develop.The only thing that could hinder development is movement to the N where some weak shear is located.I think a TS in 24-36 hrs is not out of the question.I might be a little bullish on this one.
