Hurricane Hunter's airplane

#1 Postby iceangel » Tue May 17, 2005 1:32 am

Heard on the local news last night that it was scheduled to be in Pensacola this morning but for some reason they had to cancel. No explanation was given!!
My first thought is that something is wrong with the plane....What do you guys think about this? Do you think there might be something wrong with the plane or what?

I'm sorry, I know John Edd has been around for about 100 years! However, he is as lost as a blind dog in a meat house when it comes to hurricanes. I was stuck (during Ivan) with him, I could only get one radio station and wouldn't you know he was on it. The times have passed him by.

Does anyone know if the Hurricane Hunter base in Biloxi is going to stay where it's at and at the same capacity?
