Well folks, it seems the get together won't be happening. I spoke with a nuber of people to locate a park with pavilions. The problem is, it is fine to have a family gathering or reunion, but when it comes to a gathering that would be like ours, I would need to purchase libility insurance. This being it would be a sponsored event, as they say.
So, I'm not done, and I'll post what ever information I can.
We may have to wait till after the season for the gathering, but I know a lot of people take their vacations during the summer months.
