Go to the April 5 link there and read all about what the UK folks say and why they get to the conclusion of an active season 13.9 named storms=14,7.8 Hurricanes=8 and 3.6 Major Hurricanes=4

lol - Beat me by a few seconds there.

It is a slight decrease on last months forecast, but still an active season.
