It is looking much more organised to me then it was and it certainly looks like a tropical cyclone with a obvious center off the system,it wouldn't suprise me if the system gets slightly stronger then expected although becuase off it southwards movement,it is limited to category-1 I should think.Some rather good convection associated with this system as well,a rather nice looking storm,be it young storm,but it certainly has a tropical cyclone look to me.
