They had to watch Koror eat? That was mean.

It seems the most lopsided so to say Survivor series ever to me!

It's not at all surprising for ie. that Tom is his tribe's leader being that he knows what it takes from his training and experiences as a NYC firefighter.

I agree...the host Jeff Probst could have had some class if he had them eat their feast at their camp.

It's a nice honor for Tom having been selected for the series. :D

He lost a lot of Brothers and friends that day on 9/11.

Yes... it was pretty painful to watch too.

Re: Another post about Koror sharing, I don't think that's allowed. We don't hear everything that is said at tribal council. It's actually hours and hours, and we see 15 minutes in a normal episode(about 22 last night without the commericals).

Sunny - are we having a Tom-fest again? LOL

I'm remembering back to that short-haired chick, Karen, whining b/c everyone is praising Tom on her tribe. Well, no wonder!

I just watched the CBS morning news segment. Both Angie and Willard were on. Willard said he has no hard feelings. He said he was having trouble with his feet about the third episode in and he's normally not as feeble as he was portrayed to be. Angie was surprised to go home and didn't want to leave. She said she felt like she'd get further into the game. When asked if she was surprised Steph had to write her name down to break the tie, she said she understood why Steph voted her out. You can't vote out the coconut catcher! Nice Angie praised Bobby Jon for being the work horse of her sorry-butt tribe (sorry, my words, not hers), so in the end it was better to vote her off over Bobby Jon. But she emphasized they didn't have a back-up plan, as I suggested. I knew that would come out. She said no one was expecting Ibrehem to receive immunity.

Even though you know the outcome Sunny, we'll keep watching for it to re-air. If it does, I would definitely watch, even though you know what's coming now.

Mary

PS - oh one more thing - it was pointed out there were/are 3 lawyers on Survivor: Palau. But Williard told everyone he was a mailman. Because people don't like lawyers. The other 2 were vague as well and did not say they were lawyers outright. Interesting bit of info there!

Yes it was. I'm really into these Survivor episodes and my family is laughing, b/c as they say - where were you when we started watching S. 1? LOL They admit they like it still but it's not as exciting as it was first time or even a few after that. Until last night, I think the procuder Mark Burnett really shook up both camps, as well as viewers, changing the rules around a bit like that.

Can I join in on this Tom fest??? He's a real cutie!!!! And yes, I still think Bobby Jon is a sweetie. That was a good episode. The camera work was crazy when the Palau tribe was eating their stew and biscuits. Panning the camera to Olong and then to the Palau chompers made the agony even worse.

Eventually though somewhere down the Palau 'road' there will be a tribal merge...just my prediction.

Eric, do you think they might do what they've done in previous episodes and just mix up the tribes and make it even again??

Eric - I think the merger will happen next week.

Karan,

That's what I was saying earlier in a post regarding host Probst and I'll add producer Burnett...they should have had the Koror tribe enjoying their feast back at their own camp after the Koror tribal council and jury voting for immunity for the Ulong tribe. I mean...it's not like Ulong has had enough already embarrassment and humiliation to deal with thus far.

It was a totally tactless move on Burnett and Probst IMO.

Probably will be the case...imagine though if Tom and James were on a same team tribe for ie.--James to me...even though he's a leader on Ulong...he would most likely come out as weaker so to say up against Tom in a merged tribe.

Let's just say they mix up the tribes. The two members to separate would be Ian and Tom. I wonder if Mark B. and Jeff P. are making us all feel so sorry for Ulong by now, that we want them to become stronger, not weaker? Next week's show will be interesting to watch. Watch it be a snoozefest though...LOL

Sunny and Karan - we could call ourselves the Tom-Tom Club! Afterall sunny, you said you'd build a fire so Tom could put it out!!! he he

Notice, none of our male members are drooling over any of the girls now....

Mary

PS - edit, click on that link for the CBS Survivor: Palau link I provided. Scroll down to the very bottom and on the left hand side you'll see a Feedback place to click on. A window pops up with an easy to fill out field. I sent them a short note asking that they re-air this episode. Maybe if enough of us send requests, they'll consider it? What have we to lose?

For ie. on Ulong...between Angie (sad she got booted) and Stephenie.

Steph has kind of a look with her eyes saying in a sense don't dare mess with me or else! LOL

ROFL Sunny and near-fainting at the same time...oh the possibilities..now he was lying in the water, in very shallow water I might add......:-)

We need our version of Julie (Jeff Probst's hottie now) this time around....we'll see what happens. Seriously, don't see Tom sunbathing that way but ya never know....;-)
