Tim...math 075 is just one level higher than the previous math I was taking which was 060. So guess bascially it`s sort of the same math review of fraction, decimals, precents, order of operation, ect. Hope that helps in explaning it to you.:) -- Andy

Throw in two LOUD claps of thunder.

Ground and rooftops are covered now. Snowing hard still.

Unbelievable.

I have to say dude, I was pretty skeptical about this pattern change. But now that it's here, I'm happy. The mountains really need the snow...and right now, Stevens Pass has received 8 inches...Snoqualmie Pass 4 inches. It's not much, but at least it's a start.

This weekend could be AWESOME for the mountains. Possibly another 1-2 feet?! That would be pretty cool if Snoqualmie Pass could open the last week of March, first two weeks in April. It's not much, but at least it would give them some business.

I guess we can say "so long" to the sunshine/warm weather for quite awhile. I'm gonna miss it...but a change is always good.

Anthony

Currently 42F!!! Hasn't been this cold in the daytime for over six weeks!!

Dude, take a look at both Stevens and Snoqualmie Passes web cams. They both look like blizzards. Just yesterday, there wasn't one inch of snow at Snoqualmie...now it looks like a blizzard. Amazing stuff.

Sounds like Randy and Tim had much more interesting weather than what me and some of the others had. While we had some breezy/gusty winds at times today, along with heavy rains.....we did not have any snow or even any flakes mixed in with the rain. Just felt cool/chilly. -- Andy

Had to go pick up the kids.

It is a total mess out there. I-90 has about 2 inches of snow on it and traffic is moving at 5 mph.

We had about 2 inches of HEAVY WET snow here. It appears to have let up but still HUGE flakes falling. The grass is totally covered now. Its a winter wonderland. Kids are sledding down the streets.

Should melt fast this evening but still really fun.

Looking at 18Z GFS...it appears that on the 19th & 20th time frame, a 994MB low moves up the Vancouver coast line...to which we may/will see a chilly rain with lots of numorus showers with maybe some snow mixed in. Though kinda hard to tell, because Seattle MOS has a high of 48 with low of 40 with 12hr precip at 84%. And up at the upper levels...850MB heights are right around 1230DM with temp of 0 to -3C and SW winds of about 20kts. 500MB vorticity heights on the other hand aren`t as low as was last night. Today there showing at 528 to 534DM with SW to WSW winds of 60 to 65kts. Though looking at the 300MB jet, there are some very strong northly winds of 100+KTS a few hundered miles off the Canadain coastline.

So will see what happens. What does everyone eles think will happen on that day? -- Andy
