No invests,Nonames or named cyclones right now after Olaf and Nancy caused some problems at the Southern Hemisphere islands of Samoa. Now I say this and something will pop up somewhere in the Southern Hemisphere or at the WPAC.There are not too many days when the world tropics are quiet.
