Hmm, that invest in the W. Pacific looks to be getting better organised. Looks rather impressive on satellite imagery. Is it the next system in the making? What do you guys think?

Well it appears to have been downgraded from 20kts to 15kts by the NRL. No Dvorak readings yet.

Invest 97S has also appeared.

Invest 98S has also popped up. The tropics are thriving once again.
